About Wildfox

She is the Native Heart, she is all neon light, she is a love child. She is a Wildfox.
Los Angeles, CA – Wildfox Couture is an American vintage-inspired women’s knitwear brand. Combining great style and unsurpassed quality, Wildfox has quickly gained a cult-like following amongst celebrities and top retailers worldwide.
Childhood friends Emily Faulstich and Kimberley Gordon are the creative force behind Wildfox. Inspired by Native American artwork and vintage rock & roll t-shirts, the young designers gave birth to a brand that tells a story of their generation and friendship. Today, the girls spend their time visiting vintage shops and working out of their Silverlake-area design studio - where they sew their hearts on their sleeves and spread peace and love through design.
In his position as President & CEO, world-renowned, jazz saxophonist Jimmy Sommers has helped propel Wildfox into a highly recognizable brand through cultivating both a strong celebrity following as well as visibility in fashion press. Sommers has been able to break into a highly competitive market and quickly bring Wildfox to the pulse of fashion.
Popular amongst the celebrity set for its great cuts and unique designs, the line has progressed into tanks, sweatshirts, leggings, dresses, denim – in it’s second season, and the most recently added ‘White Label’ sweater range – which also makes its debut alongside the ‘It’s Witchcraft!’ collection for Fall 2010. With continued growth and success of the Women’s line, a new kids division called Littlefox hit stores in Fall 2009.
The LA-made brand is available at better retail boutiques nationwide including Kitson, Singer 22 and Planet Blue, along with select department stores such as Bloomingdale’s. Internationally, Wildfox Couture is distributed in over 30 countries worldwide including the U.K., Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Russia and Taiwan and can be found in such stores as Harvey Nichol’s, Selfridges and Queen for a Day.
